Pump/Reservoir Packages

Grease Jockey pumps (pneumatic, electric) have durable, E-coated bodies that resist corrosive road spray and washing. Few moving parts mean minimum wear and long, trouble-free service.
  • The Pneumatic Pump is a positive displacement single-stroke pump and is equipped with a DC solenoid valve that controls air to the pump. A remotely mounted solid state timer is used to control the cycle rate.
  • The Electric Pump has a DC motor that drives a positive displacement self-priming gear pump. It includes a built-in adjustable timer.
  • Reservoir Choices include a standard, flexible PVC style that collapses, showing the need to refill. Optional clear plastic reservoirs in different capacities are also available. A quick-disconnect fitting on the pump body simplifies filling with powered or manual fill pumps. All reservoirs mount directly to the pump and are easily interchangeable.

Timers

A compact, solid-state, adjustable timer controls frequency of lubrication. The built-in memory retains the elapsed cycle time when the vehicle ignition is switched off. A manual run button permits periodic testing of the system. Suitable harnesses and connectors are included to simplify installation.

Module Assemblies

  • The Manifold, with 12 outlet ports for injectors (or plugs), provides flexibility and ease of installation.
  • Positive-Displacement Injectors are spring-loaded and provide positive lubrication in the exact amounts needed.
  • Heavywall Nylon Distribution Lines from injector to lube point are available in single, 2-tube or 3-tube bundles to simplify routing. Lines are pre-filled with grease to facilitate start-up of the system.
