A simple system for long, trouble-free life.
A rugged pump-and-reservoir package, mounted on the chassis, is controlled by a dependable solid-state timer. The pump sends grease through a main line to remote manifold/module assemblies serving nearby groups of fittings. Injectors in each module dispense lubricant through short distribution lines to chassis lube points, fifth wheel pivot pins and plates, and other critical joints.
Even under severe operating conditions, you can depend on Grease Jockey for smooth performance.

Just the right amount of grease for each job.
Each lube point is fed by an accurately sized injector that delivers the proper amount of grease for that point. When the pump pressurizes the main line, each injector dispenses a single, metered shot of grease. When the cycle is completed and line pressure drops, the spring-loaded injector recharges for the next cycle.

No over-lube and wasted grease.
